Emergency Goalie Notes

All teams should have affiliated goaltenders on their rosters.

In the event that your goaltender(s) and the affiliated goaltender is not available to play it is possible to have an emergency goalie approved.

 

The coach contacts the parents and coach of the goalie to ensure they are able and willing to play prior to submitting your request.

Ensure that your communication has the game Date, Time, Rink and Game number listed.

 

Teams can request a goalie from their division or the division below.

A team that is in the 2^nd division C (Memorial) shouldn't be hand picking a goaltender from the top division (Centennial) unless it's last resort and every effort made to get someone in a lower division.

 

‘AA, A & B’ teams need to have prior approval from HNB Executive Director, Nic Jensen njansen@hnb.ca

‘C’ teams need to have prior approval from District 5 Director, Richard Hawks richard.hawkes5@hotmail.com

 

24-hour notice is preferred, but time frames are flexible.  Contact must be made prior to puck drop.

This is only for goalies. There is no cross affiliations for out players.
